Fertility

As lifestyles change and women try to conceive later in life fertility is becoming more of issue for couples trying to start families. Many women are surprised to learn that getting pregnant is not always simply a matter of going off contraception. Many months can go by, years sometimes, before it becomes apparent that steps have to be taken to deliberately increase the male and female partners' fertility.

For many, the link between fertility and alcohol consumption is hard to come to grips with (afterall, who doesn't like a couple of glasses of red with dinner), and going on a fertility diet can be a hard routine to adjust to as well, but the bottom line is if we want to become more fertile and then get pregnant our bodies' biochemistry must change. And we must make changes to make it change.

Here you can read up on fertility calendars, fertility and diet, and other fertility do's and don'ts to increase your chances of getting pregnant.
